Essex Marriage

I'm looking for the Marriage of William Bugg in Fordham, Essex.
On the 1861 Census. William Bugg, 23, Ag Lab, born Fordham and Julia, 22 born Fordham.
They are still in Fordham on the 1871, with three Children. William, 8. Ernest, 6 and Emily, 2.

That sure looks like him with family at HO107/1782/621. So William's mother was from Suffolk! I left the other Bugg in the area on for completeness/future.  :)
