My Grandmother's maiden name was Cochrane and your post caught my attention plus her first name is Agnes and I was wondering if maybe there is a connection.

My Grandmother was Agnes Linton Fitzpatrick Cochrane parents George and Margaret Cochrane.

My Michael and Agnes were mrried in 1795 in Loudon, Ayrshire. they did have a daughter named Agnes in January 28, 1798.

I do not have any sons by the name of George in the tree so far. Mostly Alexander, Michael, James and John.
