Out Liberty Tenby

I am researching my great grandmother and have found her in Tenby.  Her birth certificate states her place of birth to be Out Liberty, Tenby.  I cannot find this on a map (i live in Cheshire and am not familiar with South Wales).  I wondered is this a place or is it a naval term - her father was a mariner.

Tenby Out liberty is the parish  outside of the town walls.

Many thanks for replying.  With the other replies I have managed to locate Out Liberty on the map.  I would be interested to know what the village of Broadfields is like which is where g grandmother was born.  It looks quite tiny.   Is it a picturesque place?  It doesn't look too far from Saundersfoot, which also looks like it has a long stretch of coast line - is this a tourist place, does it have fishing history?  G grandmother was born in the 1850s so I presume it would have changed a lot since then but it would be interesting to have an idea of what the area is/was like.  Her father was a sailor so I presume there are links to the shore.

Saundersfoot and Tenby are right on the coast of South Wales both very picturesque and both  are popular tourist locations.
I wouldnt have thought Tenby has changed a lot to look at in the last 100 years or so. Although Saundersfoot was a small village centred around the harbour  used for exporting coal and iron products in the 18th and 19th century.
Both would of been and are used for fishing today
Saundersfoot suburb spread in the 20th century right out to Broadfield which I confess Id never noticed on the map. It is about a mile from Saundersfoot at the top of a hill.
This area I should imagine is much changed.
