Herpe

I am looking for descendants/information of:

Andre Anselme Honore Herpe born 1919 in Guernsey.

He lived (and died in Barnstaple 1990's), he was married and had children, although I am stuck at this stage.

Does anyone know how I can go about tracing this family please? 

Also a Pamela Henriette Renee TROALIC married Frank Noyce 1959 in Torquay.  Their children Paul, David and Simone.
