I did find another birth nearer the marriage date for Phyllis Ivy Harries registered in Narberth Jan qtr 1910 vol 11a page 1399....just to throw a spanner in the works...lol!

Hi Arranroots,   you realy did throw a spanner in the works with those two,I will just have t keep these two in my notes for future reference. The next eldest was Vaughan but I have no idea of his date of birth, so I don't suppose that will throw up any clues.

Hi Welsh Lady,   Not sure if this is the family, I thought my grandmother had an older brother and sister, I remember as a child an aunt visiting the house who I assumed was her sister, but as I was very young I was probably mistaken.On her marriage certificate the witness is Sarah Jones who I assumed was either her mother or her sister, but maybe she was just a relation. Thanks very much for your searches. I will file these.

Hi Welsh Lady,   great, this seems to be the right family, it's strange about the name being crossed out because on the marriage certificate it gives Drinllwyn Cottage, Minyddygarreg, Kidwelly this has been crossed out, and Llangendeirne written in, so maybe they were'nt quite sure where they lived. So Sarah as a witness must have been a relative or a friend, not mother or sister.
