obituary look up needed please

I wish to find the burial info of Rose Rus nee Blower She
lived in Hamilton Ontario born in Birmingham England
1910-1 her burial would have been after 1975 and could
possibly be at Woodlands Cemetery Wentworth County where her mother and father were buried. I am particularly
interested to know who was her next of  kin.  Thank you in
anticipation.

I've found them to be very helpful.

Here's my experience.  They couldn't find my great-uncle in the city directories or in the tombstone transcriptions (it turns out his grave doesn't have a stone). 

I went to the library in Toronto which has some Hamilton city directories and I found him through some roundabout way (he was boarding somewhere at first, I think).  I followed him forward, then saw the year when his wife was listed as his widow.  Then I gathered the names and addresses of Hamilton funeral homes (from the internet) and wrote them all letters.  One replied with information!

However, you have the info on Ruth's parents, so if you give that to the Hamilton Genealogical Society, even if (worst-case scenario) they can't find Ruth, they should be able to give you the name and address of the cemetery where her parents were buried and funeral homes in that area (if you ask).

I do have Rose's mother and fathers' burial details they are buried at Woodlands cemetery Flamborough East, that is
how I found out Roses' married name, as her mother was registered by daughter Rose Rus.  Rose would be 106 now
so I do not hold out any hope that she would be alive today
and I do not know if there were any children of the marriage so maybe I have reached a dead end.  If I could find out about Roses' death then I could tie up the ends of that side of the family.      regards Molly

if I get any time in the next few weeks I am going out to Woodland Cemetery to take pictures of my family head stones, it is a very large cemetery but I can take a look around if anyone has the plot information as to where she is located, if it is a family plot like the ones I am going out to look for there should be some siblings and possibly parents there as well.

I have not found out anymore about Rose, but I know that her mother is buried in section 20 lot 515 Wodlands cemetery, her name  Elizabeth Blower died 4th July 1975 aged 84 years.
maybe there will be a clue on the headstone.

can't find any Rus in Canada on any previous census...only Russ and Ruse...
So the gentleman may have come to Canada later...as there are lots
of Rus living in Ontario now...If you feel it''s worth a shot at writing letters...
