Thank you so much Rhys, I was just about to start looking for Susan having searched the Susannah's when I saw your post....from 1861 onwards she called herself Susannah on the census.


That's the perfect end to the day, at last everything has fallen into place with this side of the Evans/Davies family.

Now I start again with my Grandmothers side...oh yes she was also a Davies before she married an Evans.
And would you believe her brothers and sisters names were almost identical to her husbands brothers and sisters names...so of course you then give your children the same names as well...my head has been spinning on times. actually most of the time
