That's my problem about starting writing, Kerry!  I keep finding out new information, which might change what I write!!  Trouble is, if I keep saying that, I will never start writing!!  ::)

A good figure to aim at is 1000 words a day Marie :)

Yes, but Gadget,

That doesn't address my basic problem, which is thought processes that go "I won't start till I get these certificates/ pursue this line of enquiry/ ask these questions, etc, because they might significantly change what I might write!"

Sorry, Marie. I can't provide a solution to your underlying psychological writers-block  :o :o :o But I know what you mean  ;)

One way I tackle it is to write and put xxx's, highlighted in a different colour, where I need to fill in that type of info.

I get fussy about individual words and order of presentation. You may think I'm mad but I worry that I might offend one line if I discuss the other line first ::) ::) ::)

I did write a story for my great nephew a few years ago - he kept wanting the next installment - perhaps that's a way of getting the young involved - make it  a series of short stories - do comic strips etc.

Too true Marie!

Which is why it is probably a good idea from the start to adopt a strategy of post what you have got and then on a regular basis do updates, ie monthly or something.

This also keeps your site fresh and near the top of search engine facilities.
