Hi

I ordered an index printout of baptisms for one of my names from Devon FHS nearly a month ago and have heard nothing from them about it. When i ordered it i received the confirmation email but have heard nothing since.
I haven't been able to find an email address to send a query about the printout to .... but have found other contact addresses. Could someone tell me who they think would be the best person to send the query to ....

I'd try the secretary. Shouldn't they be the one to deal with letters/emails?

If you have any more problems with the DFHS let me know the details and I'll follow them up for you. I'm not on the committee but I am a member, I do live in Exeter and I do know the people involved. They are normally very efficient but there has recently been some reshuffling of responsibilities.
