Marriage Lookup William Howard/Annie Ellis 1893?

Would any kind person be able to find the marriage of William Thomas Howard and Annie Ellis on the 1901 census they are living Plumbstead Woolwich it says county Kent/London can't understand that myself their first child was born 1893 so we are looking that year or a couple of years before that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
