Trying to trace Anthony Raymond Phillips, known as Raymond, used to live in the Clydach area in 1972, believed to be in the Neath area now.

The GRO offers a service called "Searchline", but more really for missing relatives than missing friends. You can find out more by visiting the GRO's main site & following the links.

If its a missing friend, - have you tried looking on Friends Reunited?
