Grave search William JAY town Woodbridge

Hi Wondering If some kind person might happen to like to have a look in the grave yards of Woodbridge Suffolk. 
I am looking for the grave of William JAY died sept qtr in 1866 aged 63yrs in Woodbridge.  He was an officer of excise.  His wife Lydia may be buried near him. Lydia would have died some time after 1881 as she is still alive on that census.
If anyone could help let me know

How would I find out if the head stone is still there. also would love a photo. William and Lydia Jay  are my GGG grandparents on my Maternal side.
