Walter Thomas Bickham

Born Plymouth,  June qtr 1849,
parents - Joseph Bickham and Mary (possibly Mary Found).  Joseph was an ostler.
Walter was on the 1851 census aged 2 (Charles Martyr parish, Plymouth) and the 1861 census aged 12 (Charles parish, Plymouth) as an "ostler's assistant". 
Walter had 2 sisters - Mary Jane and Ellen. Ellen was my gt gt grandmother.

However I cant find Walter Thomas on the 1871 or 1881 census records, nor can I find any death listed for him.

Can anyone find him (dead or alive) after 1861??
