Death date lookup - Cook (Wright)

I'm trying to find the date of death of Annie (Poss Ann or Anne) Cook (nee Wright) (place of death and burial date also appreciated if possible)

She was born in Harmston, Lincolnshire C1861 and was Married to William Cook (My G.G. Grandfather)

William is buried in Welby churchyard (died 23rd March 1916) but there is no sign of Annie.

They are still married in the 1901 census living in Heydour (although Ancestry has it as Haydon).

I have visited the churchyards in the area (which is how I found William in Welby) and there is no marked grave for Annie Cook.

Sorry I cannot help with the death or burial of Annie but maybe this is her Christening there were three siblings should you want them.
