I'm new to RootsChat, and have just received a PM which I can read, but I can't reply to because I have a warning that says I'm not allowed to reply or have reached my limit. Any help gratefully received.

Tyke is trying to send me a PM. I've just PM'ed her back giving her instructions on how to do it, though I'm unsure what the warnings mean

By the way Tyke, this is what happens when you press "Quote", a little blue box appears with your original message, and then you can type a reply under the quote.

Are you trying to PM someone who has under 3 or 4 posts to their name? My guess is that the error message you are getting is because the recipient's inbox is full.

I wasn't aware inboxes can fill up. I do have a bad habit of keeping all my messages for reference purposes - currently showing 6 pages of PM's.

Is it about time I do a bit of "Spring Cleaning"
