Who was he married to?

Have just been searching Free BMD and came across a marriage in a distanct part of my tree, but I have a choice of two names for his wife.  Is it possible to work out who he married without purchasing the certificate?

The information I have:
William Henry LANGRICK m Alice Mary A SKINNER/Jenny Maud WILLIAMS
West Ham 4a p542, 1906 (Dec)

According to Ancestry BMD he married Jenny Maud Williams, 4a 542 registered at West Ham.

Sheila - I don't see how you reached that conclusion.  ???
The same reference (vol 4a page 542) is shared by both Alice Mary A SKINNER and Jenny Maud WILLIAMS.

Clare - there are three ways of finding out who William married:
(1) Order a copy of the certificate
(2) Trawl through the parish registers for all churches in West Ham.
(3) Search the births index for any of his children - from 1911 the index includes the mother's maiden name.
