Hi Mary,
Thank you so much.  That certainly looks like her, and her parents are correct with the info I got from GenesReunited.  However, the info I have on her siblings are:
James, Mary, Agnes, Michael, Owen, Daniel and Henry.
No mention of Ann or Biddy.
I think Owen would have been named for his grandfather, Owen Kelly, b. about 1780.
Of course, as I said, this came from another member of GenesReunited and I have no way of checking if this is correct or not. Where did you find your information?
I really appreciate your help in this way.

Thank you very much BF.  That's really interesting.  It looks as though William and Rose had the shop the year after their marriage, while they were living elsewhere in Derry.  It all helps to give a more complete picture.  Thanks again - much appreciated.

Hi my;late father's sister Roisin McDaid is buried in the same grave as William and Rose in Derry City Cemetery. She died at 9 months in 1942 and was the child of Charles Gerard (Gerry) McDaid, born 1912 and Hannah McDaid (nee Doherty). I am trying to work out the connection between my grandfather Gerry and William, who seems to have come from Illies outside Buncrana, and Rose (nee Kelly). I think my grandfathers parents were James McDaid and Catherine McDaid (nee Boyle) who are listed as living in Beechwood Street, Derry with their other three children Richard, John and Catherine (Molly) in 1911, the year before my grandfather was born.  Have found William Kelly listed as a shoemaker here https://www.failteromhat.com/kelly1915all.php and their grave is shown here https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/205492765/william-mcdaid

Here's a few links for folk reading your post, it's sometimes convenient for readers to see a few contextual records up front, without them having to go looking for them.  If any of the following is wrong, do say.

Based on the information you provided, this looks like the birth of Charles Gerard McDaid in 1912 to parents James McDaid and Catherine Boyle:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1912/01502/1610084.pdf

This looks like the marriage of James McDaid and Catherine Boyle at St. Eugene's, Derry, in 1905, James was described as a butcher and his father was recorded as Richard McDaid, a carpenter:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1905/10173/5701092.pdf

This looks like James and Catherine in the 1911 Ireland census:
http://census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Londonderry_Urban__4_/Beechwood_Street/602779/

This may be James in the 1901 Ireland census, occupation butcher's assistant, he and a possible brother Richard are living with their cousin Richard:
http://census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/South_Ward_No__2_Urban/Bishop_Street/1528857/

A possible fit for James' parents are Richard McDaid and Mary Kerr (a.k.a. Carr) who married at the Long Tower, Derry, in 1866, Richard was described as a carpenter and his father was recorded as Richard McDaid, a shoemaker:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1866/11521/8237165.pdf

Falling out of that marriage were a number of children (John b. 1866, Mary b. 1868, Ann b. 1870, Hannah b.1872/3, Elizabeth b. 1875, Francis b. 1880), including a reasonable fit for the guys in that 1901 census return:

- Richard born in 1877:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1877/03010/2103277.pdf

- James born in 1880 (twin of Francis):
