They did marry in Sheffield as noted on my previous posting...

The Sheffield St Peter & St Paul marriage indexes (from S&DFHS)  show a marriage between Henry WOODCOCK and Theresa STEEL between Jan 1839 and Aug 1839

The GRO reference is volume 22 page 375 registered in the March Quarter 1839 at Sheffield.
