Hello Karen:
I wonder if you could do a marriage look up for me?  I am trying to find out if James Milne married in Canada or Scotland.

I have just found him on the 1881 census for Canada  living in Manitoba;

It lists all the children being born in Ontario, James and his wife were both born in Scotland.

This is what I know so far

James   Milne born  ca. Nov. 1826 in Old Deer, Aberdeen, Scotland

wife:  Flora    born scotland  ca.  1846

children:   Annie  born 1863
                Jno.              1864
                Maggie          1868
                William          1870
                 James           1872
                Thomas          1874
                Donald           1877

Thank you for any help.

Cheers
Anne
