McLeods - Come out where ever you are!

I am posting this here as I have no idea where these families were based.

Thomas McLeod b1873 and Sarah Jane Howlett b1880 were from Hartlepool. They married in christchurch in Hartlepool.

They had

Alexander 1900
Thomas Angus 1904 (my grandfather)
Anne
Robert
Edward
Richard

From memory (my father and uncle have never met any of their cousins at all) :-

Alexander had 2 boys, Angus and Douglas.

Anne had one daughter (who I have been in touch with - who is in touch with her cousins but wont help me with any family tree research - wont even reply to my letters).

Robert (known as Bob) married 3 times (but we only know the names of two wives, Ailey and Doris) but had no children.

Edward (Ted) did have at least one child, a daughter called Anne.

Richard died in WW2 and had no children.

None of the children remained in Hartlepool so they could be anywhere in the UK.

I know that is a very very long shot but does any of this mean anything to anyone?
