TURPIN family/ Little Salling or Steeple.

Still desperately searching for help to find the parents and siblings of William Turpin, b.c.1834
in Steeple or Little Salling, Essex.  He was a (guess what !) Farm Servant/Ag Lab !
He married Caroline Rush, also of Steeple.
I will be grateful for any help with this.    Thank you very much.

Bardfield Sailing (can't interpret address)
Pharoah Turpin  36 yrs  Blk Smith
Elizabeth  38 yrs
Sarah  12 yrs
Wm  10 yrs
'Pharoah' - written like that but transcribed as Pharsah in index.

1851 has him as Parash in index- living with Elizabeth in Shalford. (written as Pharaoh)

hope this helps- the marriage certificate should have his father on though- do you have that?

This info looks very interesting.   I haven't seen any certificates at all.  I'm doing this for an elderly friend and she can't afford to buy certs !
