Found - Photo Album *Completed Thank You All*

I wonder if this belongs to anyone on RootsChat, or maybe somebody recognises the name.

This letter is reproduced with permission from Danielle.

I work for Penrith City Library (NSW.  Australia) and we recently had a photo album handed in containing photos of men in uniform during World War II - pictures taken at a zoo and a photo of a headstone for a Florence Stewart who died in 1947.

I imagine the owner must be missing it terribly and I would love to reunite them with their wonderful album.

Oh I do hope it finds its owner or ancestor

So many cherished photos & albums are given away through time.

I know my side had heaps of photos taken  as my mum has a sample of them but where the rest ended up .... who knows!

I'd love to see it reunited with it's owner.    I know RC'ers will do thier best.

So many of my family photos were thrown away by my Mother as .. . . 'I didn't think anyone wanted them, they were so old' . .. . ...   Can you imagine the scream I sent up??

Hello there

I had a look at the indexs and found

fLORENCE STEWART  who died 1947 aged 35 in CHELT> Victoria.

might fit?

but might I suggest you put this post on the Emmigrants to Aussie board and a lot of australians will see it and perhaps it might jog someones memory
