When the Davies' were last at Godrerhos farm it was also known as the Masons Arms.  There are a couple still in Crynant.  My wife's grandfather moved to Llwynfelish farm, just off the Crynant-Neath road.
Hare (Pembrokeshire and Glamorgan), Stanford (Glamorgan), Hodgson (Lincolnshire and Surrey), Sugden (Keighley and Worcestershire), Griffiths (Kidwelly and Glamorgan), Collins (Kidderminster), Evans (Cwmavon), Mainwaring (Llanedi and Cwmavon), Rees (Neath), Jones (Resolven), Paddison (Neath), Davies (Crynant), Bevan (Tonna).

Yes I know the farm and the family, if I'm correct I think there's quite a few of the Davies' still here in Crynant. 

Would love to know if it's the same family as there's some living next door to my sister.
