Downing/Sharman marriage at Castle Bytham

My grandfather's aunt Sarah Elizabeth Sharman was born on 7th October 1869 and baptised at Swinstead (Lincolnshire) on 31st October 1869.  The 1881 census shows her living at Sharmans Lodge with her older brother and sister, Thomas and Jane, and a couple of servants. In 1891 she was living at Swinstead with her brother William and their mother. Sarah married Joseph Downing at nearby Castle Bytham on her 32nd birthday - 7th October 1901. Does anyone have any information on what became of this William and Sarah Downing?
