I wonder is Llanycil (Bala) too far away?

There is a Calvinistic Methodist minister there in 1871 - with another by the name of John WILLIAMS visiting.

RG10/5686/57/6

I suppose you are not necessarily looking for a minister, but there must be lists somewhere and maybe they would be helpful?

I wonder whether you have contacted the county archives or there is a message board here, if you are not local:

Hi Arranroots,

Thanks for the help. Llanycil is a bit too far away, but I'll pursue the other links you provided.

Hi Arranroots,

Hopes dashed!!!! However, I can't thank you enough for taking the time and trouble to help.

Now it's back to Robert Roberts of Ty'n Bryn.
