Found this while browsing today - seems to me like a pretty good resource from the Sussex Record Society.

Many Sussex parishes are covered, but by no means all.  Nevertheless, if any of your Sussex relatives were vagrants, bastards, apprentices, etc. it might be worth a look.

Once you've found an entry worth investigating, click on the reference number for a small amount of extra detail.
