Death by gravel or strangulary anyone!

Does anyone out there know what it meant when it gives gravel or strangulary as a reason for death?

Had a look at Paul Smith's Archaic Medical Terms and gravel is defined as the passage of small stone formed in the kidney with the urine.

Nothing on it for strangulary but stranguary/strangery/strangury is defined as painful desire to urinate or may mean rupture.

The website is at http://www.paul_smith.doctors.org.uk/ArchaicMedicalTerms.htm and I've found it really useful in finding the meaning of causes of death.
