Does anybody know where Every Street was - or is - in Liverpool please ?

I'm thinking probably around Tuebrook !! ........

If you go to www.multimap.com and type in L6 9DP as the postcode it shoud bring it up (you have to maginfy it one more time).

I have only just come across your post
Every street is in Kesington Annie
It runs off Boaler street towards West Derby road
Although it is a dead end.
With me being a Taxi driver
I take great delight in telling people I know Every street in Liverpool
And watch in great amusment as they roll off all these streets I have never heard off
To each one I say no Don't know that one 

Well I have to find something to break the monotony of it all don't I.

I'm surrounded by Every's ....... one Grandma's name was Every - the other lived on Every Street !!

I'm glad it's still there ! I'll have to see if I can get a picture of it !

Every Street was off West Derby Road near Ogdens (Tobacco)   The street was demolished some years back

The whole family worked at Ogdens !! I blame them for my cough !! 

Would you know where to get some old photo's of Ogdens ??

Hi Annie!
Good to see you still on the ball.That street was my old feller,s street,prior to WW1,he wasn't an Ogden,s worker tho',a Jolly Jack was he.
Can recall neighbour,s from around there,my time,dying with consumption.Seemed like one a week.
I have to admit I loved the smell of that "smoking pipe"on the billboard,showing Digger tobacco.
Missed it when I visited last,also the Hignet,s candy shop!!

Hi annie, try google earth , it is old program but will take you right in to EVERY STREET . even into the gardens of the houses.  It is free to download.

 the free maps are about five years old i think? when you have downloaded it got to UK, then liverpool, the L6 9DP
