Names I'm searching for, in Weymouth/Melcombe Regis

All are in the Weymouth area

ALFRED HENRY SIDDONS
married Annie Lewis in 1911.
They had 10 children (1 was my grandad). Need help finding out Alfreds parents, and then further back
I think his mother was Charlotte Soper.
He had a brother called Frederick william. Who married an Eliza. But when I looked up census for Charlotte, in 1881 she was unmarried, then in 1891 she was a widow.
I also found a marriage between Alfred Albert Siddons and Eliza Sutton, but it was in 1893. It could be either of these, as when I talk to my grandad he gets a bit confused!

Dorothy Muriel Hunt born 1912-2001
Married a Jim Norris abt 1930
                Norman Leslie Ferret abt 1938
Then        Raymond Siddons not sure of year yet.
               
Parents were Bessie Ada Chard
                      Charles James Hunt
She also had adopted brothers and sisters:
Les (or Lesley) Wild (male)
Dorothy Mesuir (spelling is a guess!)
Roy ? possibly Hunt
Ethel ? Who married an Alf Lee

First you need to find the marriage for Alfred and Annie so you can order the certificate which will give you Alfred's father.  You can search on line at

You say you found Charlotte in 1891 a widow? Was Alfred with her? If so you'll have a rough idea of his age so could also search for his birth.

If you search on the FreeBMD bit of the link I gave you'll find Charlottes marriage in Oct-Dec qtr 1882 in Weymouth with Frederick Henry Siddons on the same page.

I don't know whether you have these, but it certainly shows that his parents were Frederick Henry Siddons and Charlotte, nee Siddons.

Thanks for finding that so quickly! How do I go about oredering the brith/marriage certificates?
Also, the other info, on the HUNT side,do you know how do you go about looking for people who are adoptded?
