No - I have no problem accessing that site.

Incidentally why did you want to add a post about Bedfordshire and Luton Libraries' Catalogue to a thread about access to the Times online?

When I posted the question (2 days ago) there was something wrong with Bedfordshire Library and Times on-line servers. But now they have solved the problem.
