Charles J Whitburn Lookup request

I'm looking for Charles J Whitburn born abt 1873 in Berkshire in 1891. I have been unable to find him in the 1881 and would like to know if he appears then. It would help me clarify where from Berkshire he was born, and who his parents/siblings are. I would be most grateful if someone could please have a look.
