Hi kjmoorey

You have replied on a very old topic but kesaunders was online here recently. As long as his email address hasn't changed he should receive notifications that we have posted and hopefully come back soon.

Hi I have just realised I have messages on Rootschat and not received the notifications, will check this out!

Yes I have lots of info on the Ginno Family Tree, my Nan was a Ginno and all seem to be related the the Ginnos of Woolwich. I have still not got back any further than Thomas & Elizabeth yet but may have a possible marriage for them.

Would be pleased to swap info.

Regards
Kieran

Hi Kieran

If you are missing notifications, it might be because they are are set to "Instantly but only for the 1st reply"

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;area=notification;u=6448

You might want to change it to "instantly" and see how it goes.

If you change it, you should get a notification every time someone posts on a topic of yours, not just the 1st reply.

If you get too many emails, you can always switch it back again.

Dawn.

Hi Kieran, thank you for that information my mother was Elsie Ginno and I am interested to know anything I can about her family,as after my mother died in 1950 my father remarried and we moved away and I lost touch with my mothers family,I was only 3 at the time I know she had 2 brothers and a sister I think their names were Leslie who was killed in the war,Alan and Doris,as  I am not very up on all this social media stuff I find it hard to track down the information,I do remember that they lived at 30 Knockholt road Eltham SE9 but they have long since moved on,so any tips you can give me would be appreciated, many thanks  Ken Moorey.

Have just come across your post about the GINNO family. I think there may be a link to my partner's family which I have traced to John JINNO born about 1811 in Islington. I found a baptism for John s.o. John and Hannah but then got stuck. Recently pursuing the family from a different angle I have constructed the family tree for Thomas Frederick GINNO (born 1805) and wondered if John was his sibling. John JINNO married Susan Hill in 1832 in Stanwell.

Any light you can cast on this family would be very gratefully received.

Sue
