Philip Morgan marriage around 1864

I am trying to trace the marriage of Philip Morgan b1843 Mitchel Troy to Mary Ann Hope b1845 Garway Herefordshire in the Monmouth area about 1862-66.  Their eldest daughter Alice b1865/6 Dixton.
Some of their children were bapised CofE but after the death of Mary, Philip married in the Baptist Chapel, Monmouth in 1891.
