Otley area baptisms

Does anyone have access to Otley baptisms please?

Can anyone find a baptism for a William Frank (or Francis) Jeffrey son of George Sizeland Jeffrey and Annie Shaw.  He was born in 1922 in Otley.

I was at the archives earlier in the week and couldn't find him but I'm worried that maybe I missed him because he should be there so I would appreciate a second pair of eyes having a look.  I found his sister Kathleen in 1929 in Otley.
