Hi all

I haven't quite worked out how to drive this message board yet in order to give you individual thanks so I hope you will forgive me for a collective response.

Firstly thank you for the welcome and all the help and information you have offered. 

Hopefully I will be able to use the information to complete the families I have not yet succeeded in doing so.  This is the first part of my family outside of London and it will take some time to identify where the resources are.

Again many thanks for your collective efforts and hopefully I will be able to repay your kindness if you have an Australian problem that i could help you with.

Welcome to Rootschat and the Nottinghamshire boards.

For photos of Nottingham churches there are 2 main sites:

http://southwellchurches.history.nottingham.ac.uk/main.html - This has lots of information and photos including the church interiors and monuments.

http://www.oldnotts.co.uk/churches/index.htm - This covers some of the parishes not included in the Southwell Diocese site.

I noticed that Willoughby on the Wolds is included in the list of baptisms etc. This church is not available on either of the above sites. I did a query for another Rootschatter a while ago and got photos and information specially for her. If you would like that you will need to send me your email address. But not on this board.

Hi Tom, I've been searching for Thomas and Ann in the 1851, but i suspect that Ann died and that Thomas remarried a lady called Alice.

Thomas and Ann Hutchinson first child Emma born 1835 Bradmore
Thomas and Alice Hutchinson first child Ann born 1840 Bradmore

There is a burial for a Ann 27/07/1838 aged 30 in Bradmore.


Any way here is Thomas's daughter in the 1851
