Cemetries in Royston and Barnsley

Please can anyone tell me where the cemeteries are in Royston and Barnsley and if they are within reasonable distance of a railway station?

the main barnsley cemetery is within walking distance of the train station ask anybody and they will tell you the way. don't think royston as a train station but plenty of buses go that way.

Thanks for that. Please can you tell me how far it is from Barnsley Station to Royston cemetery? I would like to go there first. Is it within walking distance or am I best with a taxi, not knowing the area? My Dad came from Royston but I have not been there since I was a little girl and I'm struggling to work it out.

you would be better with a taxi royston i would think is between 3 to 4 mile away from the town centre. it as a very large church on the outskirts of the village.
