I hope someone can help.
I am looking for any information, including date of death for
Ethel Baskerville. She would have died sometime between 1975 - 1985.
Ethel was born in England in either 1884 or 1885. (I believe it was Cheshire, England) She immigrated to Canada in 1910.
I found her on the 1911 Census, living at 63 Lowther Avenue, in Toronto, and working for Judge Edward Morgan.
In the early 1970's, she was living in Scarborough, around Kingston Road and Warden Avenue area.
She never married, and as far as I know, she never had any children. I have no idea if she had any other family in Canada.
When I met her in the early 70's, she told me that we were related, as members of her Baskerville family were the only ones to move to Scotland, and settle in Glasgow. Being only 18 years old at the time, I thought she must be mistaken, but always remembered what she said. As it turns out, my Baskerville family were the only ones to do just that, and the fact that they originated in Cheshire makes me believe that she was correct in saying we were related. My problem is trying to find out where we are related. I have tried researching my side from Cheshire, but unfortunately, I have been unable to make the connection.
I am hoping to find out details of her death, so that I can start to trace back.
Any help or advice would be most appreciated.
