SLOAN - Bap or Marriage - Manchester Cath?

I am trying to find out more about my "Ann SLOAN" who was married to William BRUCE. 

There are two possibles on the IGI but I have no idea how to differentiate between the two.

Ann was born abt 1816 in Manchester, and unfortunately she didn't call any of her children either "Hugh" or "Daniel" which are the names on the IGI.

Can anyone find a marriage to William BRUCE (their first child was Christened on 26 Mar 1837 at Manchester Cathedral.

They lived on Riga Street in Hulme in 1841.
