Marriage in Philadelphia

Hi Guys,

I have now discovered the date and year of my Great Uncles wedding.
Alexander Allan married an Agnes Bowie on 19th & 26th March 1912.
The two dates appear on his military service record ( I can only assume that the first was either a civil wedding before the church affair or that the the 19th was the date they posted their Banns).
I have no idea which part of Philadelphia.

Is there anyone that can help me obtain a photocopy of this certificate?

Marriage records for 1912 can only be obtained from the  courthouse in the county in which the marriage was performed.  If the service record says Philadelphia, then they were married in Philadelphia County.  Records can be obtained from:       * Philadelphia County Marriage Records

I could not find out what the cost is for these records.  I also thought there may be a way to email for information, but could not find one either. 
They do advise calling for info before mailing them any information.
