Marriage look up Robert Roberts of Mold.

Trying to find the marriage of my gt gt grandfather, Robert Roberts, born Mold c1824. Problem as this is such a common name in Mold that there are a number of possibilities. It is likely they married in Mold, though I cannot identify a probable marriage from BMD.

From census returns know that he married Margaret who was born c1828. She is shown as from Leeswood, near Mold.

Their first child was Thomas, born 1854, so presume they were married sometime before this.

Do not have his birth certificate which may be the way forward but meantime is anyone able to do a look up for the marriage?

No better than yourself.
As you say, getting the birth cert will narrow down marriages in the index as you will have a spouse's surname, but you can't confirm anything without also purchasing the marriage certificate.
