I have found my 3rd great-grandmother "Lydia Hart" on the List of Prisoners at the Ilchester Gaol... Ref Code: Q/AGi 15/2.
The entry gives her name Lydia Hart, the date 13/8/1827, and that she was aged 16, according to this entry she was born in Portsmouth.....and that her last abode was Back St, Bath.
I would be very grateful for any information that might be available in these records at the Somerset Archives.
I have been fortunate in that I have a heap of info on her life here in Australia, but prior to her arrival here I am sadly lacking.
I'll keep fingers and toes crossed that someone will be kind enough to help me out with this request.
