acrobat reader throwing wobbler

I find '7' worse than all the others for running when you don't expect it to.

What I have done is download Microsoft Defender and instead of using it as a Malware scanner (because I think it is rubbish from that aspect) and purely use it to stop / remove or disable the programs I don't want running.....They are easier to identify than with Task Manager.

I just came on line to read mail sent to me and its happend again !!!  I think I will uninstall it and go to website and start all over again, honestly I dont pretend to understand a lot about puters so as I am reading all the messages about doing stuff, it just sounds too technical for me, so thats what I think I will do - what do you think ??!!!

Uninstall what?

As I mentioned before something is removing your rootschat cookie.  Have you set an option to delete all your tempory internet files and cookies on Internet Explorer each time you end a session?

If you right click the Internet Explorer icon on your desk top and scroll down to Properties.  There is a section about deleting browser cache.  What setting are checked?

You can also try opening Acrobat, go to Edit / Preferences / Internet and uncheck Web Browser Option 'display pdf in Browser'.
