I have this area on a census return as a place of birth. Does anyone know where it is/was? Reg District?

Cant see it in the GENUKI place to Regn District Index.

But in 1891, it was defined thus:-

Barrow Hill near Staveley, Derbyshire, so I expect Staveley to
be the Reg District, but could be wrong.

There is a Barrow Hill northeast of Chesterfield and if you Google around a bit you'll find some references to it.
