Am looking for any details on a Albert Smith, born Goldenhill, Staffs.

In 1901 was lodging with a Alfred Bamber & family at 25 Rectory Terrace (off Upwell St./ Hollywell Rd.) Brightside and was a Enginemakers Labourer.
His brother was Obadiah Smith (my grandfather), he was lodging at that time on Meadowhall Rd.

Hi There used to be a Reverend Obadiah Booth in Goldenhill and several parishoners were named after him

Samuel Smith bapt 4 April 1853  to Daniel Smith and Susanna of Hardingwood, Kidsgrove Labourer (father).
They have three other children Daniel bp 1843, George bp 1846 and Thomas bp 1849, Daniel was then a boatman (for all three).

Have census details on their families back to 1841.

As a mater of interest, my gt grandmother Hannah's mother was born a Booth and her father was a Obadiah born 1796  was a farmer & publican, 1871 was Independent Gentleman, he also had a son Obadiah born 1841.
