MCKIMMIE / McKEOWN

Would be interested to hear from anyone with any information regarding William Thomas McKimmie and his wife Susan McKeown. They were married on 16th January 1905 at St Nicholas' Church, Liverpool.

William's father was Alexander McKimmie and Susan's was Bernard McKeown.

I know that William was in the navy but have no further details and would apprciate any help available.

I can't find Jane, but this is possible for William, but his middle initial is J

I think Jane is Sarah Jane as there are these marriages,

I can see a POPPLE family with these two as sisters in Lincolnshire 1861, let me know if you want the details.

yes, these are the ones I have been looking for, many thanks. The name McKimmie always seems to be a difficult one because it is so often mis-spelt - I would be very grateful for any info on the Popple sisters too.

I had a look for a John POPPLE - Susanna marriage but couldn't see one, but I did find this in Pallots,

There is a North & South Luffenham in Rutland and it's possible the image shows ofn Luffenham 

The IGI has,

I just mention this marriage because of John POPPLE's birthplace, it would have been nice to find a christening with these parents but the IGI only has 04 Sep 1803 Wing, but no parents are given
