CHILD family baptisms/births in HURSTBOURNE TARRANT lookup please

Can anyone help put a bit more order in my CHILD family of HURSTBOURNE TARRANT?

My ancestor Thomas1718 ( b. circa 1718)  (married a Sarah) had quite a few sisters and at least one brother -  John1711 (b.c. 1711) who married an Elizabeth.
John & Elizabeth CHILD have joint tombs at H.T. , I hear. I'd like some children for John and Elizabeth as one of their descendants (granddaughter?)was a Sarah CRISWICK and married Thomas1718 & Sarah CHILD's grandson Thomas1777.  Also who was the father of Thomas1718 & John1711?  I have a Thomas1654 CHILD and a John1668 CHILD(brothers), but don't know who the father of the next generation is.

I also have a Thomas1626 CHILD (my earliest rellie) he to was said to be born in H.T. - any record of that??

Sorry, am I asking too many questions?

The following baptisms occur in Hurstbourne Tarrant from 1711-1720 to a John Child:

John 22 Oct 1711
Frances 26 Dec 1712
Richard 23 Dec 1713
Mary 13 Dec 1715
Robert 5 Jul 1717 bur 3 Dec 1717
Thomas 13 Jun 1718
Susanna 21 Sep 1720

None show a mother except the last when the name Mary is given - it is speculation that they all share the same mother, but the gaps indicate that it is possible.

John Child(s) and Elizabeth have the following children baptised in Hurstbourne Tarrant:

Lydia 13 Mar 1742 ? buried 22 Nov 1746
Diana 19 Mar 1744 bur 13 Apr 1745
John 8 Apr 1746 bur 20 Oct 1746
John 24 Jul 1747 bur 27 Dec 1747
Thomas 13 Aug 1749

There is a record of John Childe baptised in 1668: 24 Nov 1668 father John Childe, no sign of Thomas.  However, 1654 is right in the middle of the potential black hole of parish records during the civil war.  It could be difficult to track that one down.

I can't see any marriages in Hurstbourne Tarrant that fit these children.

                     That confirms the brothers and sister John1711, Thomas1718 and Susannah1720 for me ( the only ones I have with dates).

According to the info from a cousin there were Sylvanus, Margaret, Bridget and Ann too (don't know where she got the info from) - Very odd that you found a Frances, Richard, Mary and Robert instead!! But as you say they would seem to fit in the same family.

Poor John and Elizabeth lost so many babies, how tragic. Looks like Thomas might be the only survivor.

I will plod on and see if I can find more connections.
