Just been to check and it's already sold  :o I hope so much it's gone to a relative who's really going to cherish these things, and appreciate how lucky they are to have them.

I have just been having a browse myself and came across this lot for sale:

http://www.rootschat.com/links/0sc/

Unfortunately, none belong to me (how I wish they did), but wouldn't it be wonderful if a Rootschat member recognised some of the names and photographs.

There are several names and addresses in the various documents........would be great for a Rootschat challenge  to reunite the collection with the correct descendents :)

Oh Wow Jan !!

Look at all the Liverpool stuff too !! ..... oh my !!  :-\ :-\

How weird!! Jan's link works fine for me - but if I'm on ebay - as I was earlier - I can't find it  ??? It just doesn't come up on that seller. I know I've neglected the maintenance bits on the laptop lately, so maybe cookies or the cache or one of those other things that cause mayhem is having an off day. That or it just feels neglected!

Will go and have another look at Jan's link.

£134.00 for this item is just not enough when you look at the amount they have.

I just hope the person who won it will use it wisely

Well, they could donate it all to me, then I could start a new Rootschat Challenge, and knowing all the wonderful help I would get, the items could be reunited with a family member :D  I am certain we would be able to solve the mystery!!!!
