1841/51 fresh eyes please!!

I have a marriage cert for Eliza Evans age 20 years spinster residence at time of marriage Aberdare father David Evans occ; iron founder to;
Nicholas Morgan age 23 bachelor residence Aberdare father Evan Morgan deceased.
I cant find Eliza on 41 or 51, so hope someone has a less fuddled head than me..lol!
On 1861 just to confuse issues they are living as Nicholas M Evans, Elizabeth M Evans and daughter Elizabeth A M Evans at 21 Cwm Mill Rd, Aberdare.(Nicholas reverted to his mothers' maiden name after death of his father in 1840 which was also Evans)

Eliza/Elizabeth dies 1865.On 1861 she gives her place of birth as Merthyr,.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Check this out ems, if you have not already, there is a Elizabeth (1836) about the right age with father David, (1811) mother Mary (1816)

working from Elizabeth's age of 25 in 1861, I'm not having much luck. There seemed a good candidate whose father was a rail straightener, but she was still living with her parents in 1861. There's this family -
1851 Cross St, Merthyr HO107/2458 folio 721 pg 43
Elizabeth Evans head 38
Sarah dau 20
Anne dau 18
Maria dau 17
Elizabeth dau 15
Charles son 14 collier
Harriet dau 11
John son 7
Henry son 4
Caroline dau 1
all born Merthyr
but, I can't find them in 1841 with father and by 1861 the family seems to have broken up- boys boarding with different families. The only way I can think of checking father's name is to get/check Caroline's birth registration -

unless someone has baptism records.

Are there any family witnesses on the marriage cert to help the search?

Cas - you posted while I was typing this. That's the same family I found and Elizabeth is still at home in 1861 - they've moved to Llantwitvardre

Thanks guys, sorry completely forgot to put date of marriage; 25th November 1855.
Nicholas' parents both dead by time of marriage.
Eliza/Elizabeths' father still alive. There are no family members as witness.The witnesses are Jenkin and Elizabeth Williams.
I did find an Elizabeth with a father David who worked with copper, but do you think I can find them now!

Marriage took place at Carmel Chapel, Aberdare.

Can anyone tell me I'm barking up the wrong tree with this new snippet!?
Had a hunch regarding this Evans lot....by 1871 Nicholas and his new wife Hannah are still living in Aberdare and they have with the family a boarder who later becomes an adopted son....Evan Evans born 1855 Dowlais, Merthyr.
I never really took time to find where he appeared from...till now.
On 1861 in Dowlais Merthyr there is an Evan Evans living in Well St, Dowlais with:
David Evans age 58 born Cardigan occ: Founder in Ironworks!! (widower)
Catherine Evans age 10 born Dowlais
Gwenllian Evans age 18 born Dowlais
Evan Evans age 6 born Dowlais.

Hmmm....could Eliza/Elizabeth have been his sister and on 1851 appears as servant,(cany remember with who yet, but will recheck)?
