Looking for when, where, her maiden name, parents and witnesses if possible

The only way you will find the info you are seeking is by getting the marriage certificate for Alfred Winepress.

If you tried to search for this at an RO you would need to know the church & that is only shown on the certificate, together with father's namea & witnesses.
