1841 & 1851 lookup for Margaret Elsdon
« on: Friday 01 September 06 10:16 BST (UK) »
Can someone help me find Margaret B. Elsdon in 1841 and 1851 please.
She was born 1836/1837, probably in North Shields.
She wasn't with her parents in either 1841 or 1851. They were living in Gateshead.
She was living in North Shields in 1861, working as a straw bonnet maker.
Any help much appreciated.
Jennifer

Thank you so much Tati, this ties up exactly with other family information I've already got - her mother's maiden name was Heslop, so she was obviously living with other family members in both 1841 and 1851.

Thanks again
Jennifer
